Hi! It's a halcyon post. I've been having trouble keeping this blog up to date since I lack energy. I'm gonna have to not do alt text at the moment, unfortunately, to be able to post here at all. There's also always my discord server, where I upload new pics almost daily.

Anyway, here's today's photos and a cow video. It was a cloudy, chilly day.

It rained lightly all day long. The slugs and snails and plants loved it.

It was a cloudy day. I went on a walk in the evening.

It was a moderately chilly, very pretty autumn day.

wild grapevines growing on a house wall. the leaves are mostly green but some are starting to turn yellow and red.

a light coloured house wall with two small windows. on the windowsills are planters with hanging geranium flowers. they are still in bloom, with many bright red clusters of flowers.

closeup of red geranium flowers

a large oak tree surrounded by smaller trees. the sky is blue with some clouds. the autumn sun is shining. hints of warm colours are starting to appear in the foliage.

a bunch of inkcap mushrooms in a meadow. they are in a state of disintegration. the caps are about halfway melted into black tatters.

two brown slugs under the disintegrating inkcap mushrooms.

The cow boys continue to be cute.

a boy who is a cow named Fernando. profile view of his face as he is looking into the distance, with some grass hanging from the corner of his mouth.

cow boys Paisley and Leonardo, snoot close up. Paisley is close to the camera while Leonardo is approaching from the side.

three cow boys playfighting together. they are rubbing their heads and necks against each other.

cow boys Paisley and Fernando bumping their heads together while Leonardo walks past behind them.

portrait of Fernando looking cute. he has a yellow willow leaf stuck to his forehead.

The sun brought her dogs in the evening. These never look as beautiful in a photo as they do in real life, but I tried. I was standing out there in the fields for a while just looking at them.

the evening sky over the fields. it is covered in thin transparent layers of clouds which show blue behind them. the setting sun is centered just above the horizon. there are two sun dogs on both sides of the sun. they show up as small patches of rainbow iridescence in the thin cloud layers.

It was a partially cloudy day with a strong wind that felt nice to stand in.

moody looking sky with lots of grey clouds and some sun shining inbetween

close up of an orangeish-brown fallen oak leaf, the sun is projecting shadows of grass blades onto it from the back

a cluster of many orangeish-brown mushrooms growing close together on a meadow.

a slug approaching the mushrooms in the grass.

another closeup of some more mushrooms among clover leaves

vertical view of the sky. it is blue with some wind-torn bright clouds.

I visited the cow boys, who were hanging out among some trees, looking like pretty forest creatures.

boy who is a cow named Leonardo, standing in a woodland area of his pasture, surrounded by grass, trees and bushes.

cow boys Paisley and Fernando standing among trees, bushes and fallen branches

Leonardo's face as he is licking his nostril, slightly motion blurred, framed by twigs

Leonardo's head in profile view, looking contemplative among the branches of a bush.

I gave them some of that good grass from the other side of the fence.

Fernando standing in a majestic pose on an incline, in front of trees.

Self portrait reflected in the eye of my friend Fernando:

closeup of Fernando's eye with his beautiful eyelashes. the photographer's reflection is vaguely visible.

dramatic skies over the fields in the evening, with blue patches and many light and dark clouds.

view over the far edge of the cow pasture, with trees swaying in the wind, a fallen bare tree in the foreground, light green fields in the background. the sky is cloudy. dark oak branches reach into the frame from above.

After walking out into the fields for a little bit, I came past the cows again on my way back.

Hana and Haru enjoyed the greens I foraged for them.

It was another mild day.

the evening sky filled with grey clouds. yellow light is coming through the gaps between them.

marguerite daisy flowers, white petals around a yellow center

The hypericum bush in my garden is still producing flowers:

close up of stinging nettles, they are dark green but the top center part is pale

Haven't seen one of these in a while - sun spurge, one of my favourites. A medicinal plant that is pretty poisonous:

It's not easy to get a clear photo of the bunnies eating because their ears move so much when they munch.

my bunny Hana eating a leaf. her ears are motion blurred.

It was raining on and off throughout the day. I was busy, so again I only made it outside in the evening when it was already getting dark.

the entrance archway of my garden. it is surrounded by a lot of wet greenery, with large cherry tree branches overy the path.

wet reddish branches and green leaves of dogwood shrubs, with some dark berries on them.

close up of a wet willow branch. the rainwater is beading up on the green leaves.

a brown slug eating deep pink flowers of an everlasting pea in the rain.

a large light greyish green fallen oak leaf on the ground that has water collecting in its curved surface, surrounded by smaller fallen leaves that are brown and yellow.

The rain got heavier the longer I was outside. It was good vibes.

a somewhat gloomy evening view from inside the plum orchard with the apple orchard in the distance. it is raining so things in the distance are fading into a grey fog. the trees are looking wild and unkempt.
