It was another mild, dry day. I saw even more frogs in my pond than yesterday, and a newt, too. My radishes are starting to sprout in veggie bed 1. I already have to water the garden quite a bit because there hasn't been any rain lately.
There was a partial solar eclipse today which I saw absolutely nothing of, because the sky was covered in a dense white layer of clouds. The sun finally showed itself in the evening though.
These photos are from March 10 and 11. I've been getting a bit tired of winter vibes photos, so I haven't been taking as much. I hope spring will motivate me more.
It was a mild early spring day. There was an earthy scent in the air reminiscent of petrichor, although it hasn't rained in while now. There were many far away deer in the fields.
The weather is still unchanged, around freezing and with very clear skies. Again I looked at the evening sky for as long as I could stand the cold. This time I tried taking more pictures of the stars. Handheld phone cam pictures will never be great astrophotography, but I'm pleased by how much does show up in these shots. I added screenshots from the free online app Stellarium for comparison, so it's easier to see the constellations.
