It was a cloudy November day. I went for a short walk when it was already getting dark.

That night, my beloved companion Hana the bunny fell asleep and didn't wake up. She was over 11 years old and I had her for almost 10. She had a good life and she was adored and cared for. I miss her.

It was a wet, chilly, cloudy day. I went for a walk through the apple and plum orchards. There are always so many details to be seen there.

It was a cloudy day, not terribly cold. I went out into the fields to get canola leaves for the bunnies. I saw all 8 cow boys, and they are all in this picture.

It was a wonderfully foggy day. The vibes outside were perfect.

All sounds seemed subdued out in the fields, only the crows came through with their loud and moody calls.

On my way back, I pulled these carrots from my garden. I did not have a lot of luck with them this year, very few of the plants survived the slug parades. I shall try again next year.

Housekeeping note: I've been having some difficulty putting up these posts lately, due to me being busy and also my recent tendency of taking a large number of photos every day. The most effort intensive part, unfortunately, is writing alt text for all of them. I really hate to compromise on an accessibility feature that I believe is important. But if I don't do that sometimes, then the posts won't go up at all. I am still doing my best to write useful alt text whenever I am able to, which is likely going to be on the majority of my posts. Otherwise the posts, such as this one, will be tagged with #alttextmissing.

Walking in the fields gave me a lot to think about.

It was a cloudy day. I went out into the fields and got some canola leaves for the bunnies, and some dandelion leaves too.

The cow boys were playing their games, and running around quite a bit at the far ends of the orchard. All of them were there.

I had a busy day and barely made it out before sunset. It was chilly and there was fog over the fields.

The willow trees are rapidly losing their leaves.

It was a bright, sunny autumn day. I could see the mom cows and baby girls from my window.

I finally managed to go on my walk a little earlier, as in, before sunset. I went out to the fields. It was a bit chillier than the previous days, and a little windy too.

I went to the secret spot, where the leaves looked like melting gold in the evening light.

After sunset, I went a bit further into that strip of woodland between the fields. I found a fairy ring of parasol mushrooms, which I left undisturbed.

By the time I returned home, the light was almost entirely gone.

Another absolutely beautiful day. I went on a walk to the Secret spot.

The ground at the Secret spot was absolutely overgrown with these mushrooms. It was hard to find spots to place my feet without stepping on them.

I love the way this area looks in the evening light.

There was a light fog over the fields in the evening.

I went out towards the fields.

The sunset was incredible. I watched it together with some far away deer, and later a small bat who was hunting over the fields.

The air was fragrant with a pleasant scent that reminded me of a fruity, earthy tea blend. Towards the village it had a bit of wood smoke in it. I stayed out long after sunset to take it in. Also the boys have been moved again and are now right next to my garden, but it was already too dark for pictures when I got there.

I gave my senior bunny Hana a much needed butt bath today. She was brave for it. Afterwards I went on my walk, during which I collected a lot of dandelion leaves and willow twigs for them.
