The dry, cool weather continues. I'm enjoying the spring vibes, but I need a lot of rest regardless. I visited the cows again on my walk, and got another video of them (see end of post).

It was a fairly cold day today, some snow is still remaining on the mostly frozen ground. There was hardly any wind, so being outside was pleasant.

The birds have quickly found out that I started putting food on my windowsill again. I saw many goldfinches and other birds today.

The temperatures went way up over night and all the snow melted. There was a mild wind and some birds were singing spring songs.

It snowed a little bit. I started putting out bird food on the windowsill again finally.

The cow boys were all there. They were quiet and moved very slowly.

The sky was suddenly clear today, to my surprise and joy. The weather was beautiful, just above freezing, with almost no wind.

I walked through the apple orchard and into the fields. The moon was getting brighter and more beautiful the longer I walked.

Housekeeping note: I've been having some difficulty putting up these posts lately, due to me being busy and also my recent tendency of taking a large number of photos every day. The most effort intensive part, unfortunately, is writing alt text for all of them. I really hate to compromise on an accessibility feature that I believe is important. But if I don't do that sometimes, then the posts won't go up at all. I am still doing my best to write useful alt text whenever I am able to, which is likely going to be on the majority of my posts. I went on a little trip today with my family. We visited a castle and had a short walk in the park there.

After I got home from the trip, I had another walk by myself, through familiar territory at sunset.

It was a mild day, much warmer than yesterday. In the evening it was dry and the sky was clear. I went out into the fields for a bit.

A while after sunset, I was standing between the apple and plum orchard, and watching the bats fly around. I also noticed that I could *hear* them. I don't think what I was hearing was their echolocation noises, those should be inaudible to the kind of ears I have. It was probably the sound of their wings flapping. Interesting either way.

The moonrise was beautiful, I wish I had a camera zoom for this.

There was a partial lunar eclipse that night. I stayed up until after 4am and went outside to watch it. It wasn't very spectacular, but I like the moon, and it was nice to watch.
